Timothy Melvin Decker was born on May 3, 1960 in Heber Springs, Arkansas, he lived to 61 years of age before passing away in his home in Pangburn, Arkansas on September 29, 2021. Everyone who knew Tim loved him and knew him as a kind soul who loved to talk, meet new people and more than anything loved his family. He is survived by his loving mother and father, Louise and Loyal Faye Decker, his wife, Angela Decker, his brothers Gregory, Richard and Dustin Decker. Tim was blessed in life with 4 biological children with his first wife Tammy Decker: Amanda Palmer, Joshua Decker, Tabatha Langley and Alisha Summerville, and throughout his life that number of children expanded to include sons and a daughter in law as well as step children or as Tim called them, his bonus children, whom he loved with all his heart. Just when he thought his life was as full of love as possible, his beautiful grandchildren came along and completed his world, #proudpapatim could not have loved or been more proud of his grandchildren, Jacob Decker, Savannah Decker, Nicholas and Marcus Palmer, Abbigale Langley, and Foster and Felix Decker lit up his world. Tim was a jack of all trades, working in manufacturing, mechanics and finally the restaurant industry in the final days of his life, he loved to learn new trades and to meet new people. His memorial service will be held on Saturday October 9th 2021 at Family Funeral Services in Heber Springs, AR from 3-5pm. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that memorials be made to the Hydrocephalus Association, this mission was important to him as his youngest grandchild has suffered with his condition since birth.
