Obituary for Larry Yarbrough

Larry Clyde Lawrence Yarbrough, JR was received into the arms of his Lord and Savior on November 8, 2021. He was born on December 6, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Clyde and Loula Kate (Warren) Yarbrough. Larry was of the Episcopalian Faith.
He grew up in Memphis, Tennessee where he attended White Station High School and Christian Brothers. He enlisted in the Marines shortly after graduation from high school. He would serve for four years returning to Memphis shortly after being honorably discharged. He began a thirty six year career in sales with Kendall. He and his wife owned the Heber Springs Emporium and mail center in Heber Springs for twelve years.
Larry and his family moved to Heber Springs in 1979. He loved boating and on the lake and working his 35 acres on the Little Red River. Larry loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Paulette of 49 years. Four children, Trace of North Carolina, Tom and wife Marina of Ocala, Florida, Cary and wife Alicia of Little Rock, Arkansas and Michelle Martenies of Searcy, seven grandchildren, Jack, Anna, Devon, Adrianne, Blake, Mackenzie, Liam and Eva, one sister Katy Lou Yarbrough of Mountain View, brother in laws Pat and wife Kristi Ruff of Fayetteville and Phillip Ruff of Jackson, Tennessee.
He was deceased by his parents Clyde Yarbrough and Loula Kate Yarbrough, His son Brett, and a sister Betty Lee Yarbrough.
Services will be held November 20, 2021 at Quitman United Methodist Church with visitation starting at 10:30 and funeral services will begin at 11:30 Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Little Rock, Arkansas
