Henry Junior Roper, the son of Henry Roper, SR and Lee Knapp Roper was born in Centralia, Illinois on September 22, 1947 and passed away in Jonesboro, Arkansas on January 26, 2023 at the age of 75 years.
His religious belief was Pentecostal. He worked as an electrician and he enjoyed hunting and riding 4 wheelers.
He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Lee Roper, his wife Vickie Roper and a sister Janet Bunton. Survivors are his daughter Prisca Oglesby and husband Jerry of Jacksonville, Arkansas and a sister Sharon Schneider of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He has 7 grandchildren Haley Garcia of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lucas Garcia and wife Caitrin of Prim, Alex Garcia of Prim, Vincent Dyer of Jacksonville, Steven Earl Dyer of Jacksonville, MacKenzie Dyer of Jacksonville and E J. Dyer of Jacksonville and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday, February 4, 2023 in the Prim Hilltop Holiness Church at 1:00 PM with burial in Knapp Cemetery by Bro. Anthony Wood. Pallbearers will be Jerry Oglesby, Lucas Garcia, Alex Garcia, Vincent Dyer, Jadon Warren and Marcus Moore.
