Edward Bell, age 66, of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away Tuesday March 21, 2023, after his battle with cancer. Born February 1, 1957, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Ermald and Ella Bell.

He is survived by his mother Ella Bell, wife, Lesa, two children, daughter Christin VanHouten and husband Alex, son Chris Bell and wife Kathleen, one sister; Belinda (Johnny Birdsong), two brothers; Eric and Anthony, four grandchildren; Gabriel, Bennett, Carter, Tatum, extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Edward was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing throughout his life. In his later years, he treasured his relationship with his grandchildren deeply — founding what they all called the “GPaw Club”. He was grateful to God for the many adventures they were able to share together. He loved Jesus and his family with all his heart, and committed himself daily to help those God put in his path. He sought to be a courageous example of how to walk like Jesus in spite of the pain he endured. We honor his memory by taking good care of our loved ones and giving thanks for each new day as the gift that it truly is.
A visitation will be on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at First Baptist Bhurch in Heber Springs from 1:00 until 2:00 PM and funeral services will be at the church at 2:00 PM with burial in Pearson Cemetery by Rev.Duaine Blackmoore.
