Barbara Lee Mary Rackley Webb the daughter of Johnny Rackley and Dovie Higgs Rackley was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas on March 19, 1946 and passed away in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 31, 2021 at the age of 75 years.
She was a homemaker and attended the Friendship Community Church. She enjoyed fishing and gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren..
She was proceeded in death by her parents Johnny and Dovie Rackley, three brothers Thomas Lacy, James Lacy and Bob Lacy and a sister Sue Glenn, two sister in laws: Francis Rackley and Kathy Rackley. Survivors are her husband Ray Leon Webb of Drasco, son Shawn Webb and wife Deanna of Drasco, daughter Jamie Hayes of Drasco, two brothers Edward Rackley and Danny Rackley, a brother in law Buddy Glenn and a sister in law Nellie Lacy, three grandchildren Devon Alaman and husband Brendon, Jacob Webb and Jordan Hayes, other relatives and many friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM in Antioch Cemetery Drasco by Bro Samuel Wildmon and Bro Donnie Archer.
